process

Creating a one-of-a-kind piece is a collaborative process. You might already have a specific idea in mind, or maybe there’s a piece or two you love from my work that you want me to emulate. We’ll talk about your options: sizes, media, style, color scheme etc. and come up with a plan to make a piece you’ll cherish for years to come.

TIMEFRAME

I get to create art in the margins of motherhood and other exciting projects, so I give myself a little extra time to make sure I can pour into your piece. It’s a good idea to anticipate approximately 6-8 weeks for your piece to be finished. Larger or more detailed pieces may take a bit longer. We’ll agree on a timeframe that meets your needs and I’ll communicate along the way if anything changes.

pricing

Pricing varies depending on the size, subject matter, and style. After I get a better sense of what you’re looking for, I’ll put a quote together. I typically request an initial deposit of 40% up front. Final payments are required before delivery or shipment of your piece. I can work with you to set up a payment plan, if that’s helpful.

PAYMENT

I accept payment via credit card, PayPal, Venmo (cash or check in person, too!) and will send a digital invoice to make payment simple.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges may be invoiced separately. Shipping costs vary per order and will be covered by client.

COPYRIGHT

After full payment, ownership of original artwork belongs with you. However, I retain the copyrights to all my paintings, which includes reproduction and licensing rights.
